Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the weight saving and cost reduction of a foundation iron plate.SOLUTION: A rising flange provided along an outer peripheral end edge of an iron plate, and a reinforcement material formed in a lattice shape from a large number of reinforcement plates within an area surrounded by the rising flange are superposed on one side of the rectangular iron plate. Subsequently, both of them are integrally welded together. Thus, weight saving and cost reduction are achieved while strength, which is not inferior to strength of a conventional general-purpose foundation iron plate, is maintained. Furthermore, an extra cost such as a transport cost can be noticeably reduced.
