Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the foundation for a simplified prefabricated building excellent in the workability which can be repeatedly used by assembling and disassembling.
CONSTITUTION: Block foundation bodies 3 (3A, 3B) which is installed on the ground or embedded in the ground to fix the structural members 2 for a steel tower foundation are constituted of a plurality of boxes 4 made of steel plates and opened upward and adjacently connected to each other on the plane. A fixing metal block 5 joining the structural member 2 for the steel tower foundation is fastened at the center of block foundation bodies 3 (3A, 3B). Ballast is charged in respective boxes 4 of the block foundation bodies 3 and a cover body 10 surrounding the fixing metal blocks 5 and closing the opening of respective boxes 4 is fitted to the upper part of the block foundation bodies 3.
