PURPOSE: To easily set up a frame at the time of changing a carrying path.

CONSTITUTION: A frame 20 is constructed in such a manner that frame parts 21 and 22 for dividing both belt parts 5A and 5B in carrier and return parts in upper and lower directions are interconnected so as to be disconnected. Rollers 23 coming into contact with parts of the outer surfaces of both belt parts 5A and 5B are provided in the frame parts 21 and 22. The roller 23 is arranged almost in a semi-circular formed in one frame part 21, and the roller 23 is arranged in a circular form in the other frame part 22. When the rollers 23 are connected to the frame parts 21 and 22, almost circular shapes are formed. When the frame parts 21 and 22 separated from each other are held between both sides of a width direction in the upper and lower belt parts 5A and 5B, the belt parts 5A and 5B are respectively fitted in the upper and lower roller 23A and 23B.
