The frame management system 1 for textile machine manages a plurality of frames 10 connected to a management computer 314 through a network 200. The system is provided with a sound collecting microphone 17 and an image pickup camera 18 to take sound and image data, a memory 103 to store the sound and image data taken by the sound collecting microphone 17 and the image pickup camera 18, a loudspeaker 19 and a liquid crystal display monitor 15 to output the sound and image data stored in the memory 103 in the form of sound and image, and a frame controlling apparatus 14 to receive arbitrary sound and image data from the memory 103 and output the data by the loudspeaker 19 and the liquid crystal display monitor 15.
