PURPOSE: To promote flexibility of a design for decoration plates with which a panel is edged without damaging a function for keeping the panel.

CONSTITUTION: A frame material for a panel frame is equipped with a frame material main body 31, a pair of front and rear decoration plates32 and 33 extended in opposition to a panel 16 side from the end of the frame material main body 31 so as to form a taking-in groove 38 for keeping the end of the panel 16 and a mounting plate 34 provided to the frame material main body 31 to extend it to the inside of the taking-in groove 38 between a pair of decoration plates 32 and 33 and, at the same time, to which the panel 16 is mounted. One decoration plate 33 is mounted to the frame material main body 31 and/or mounting plate 34 in a detachable manner.
