PURPOSE: To adjust easily and accurately the position of a primary radiator, an elevating angle and an azimuth by using a handle for elevating angle adjustment, using a nut member for azimuth adjustment and using a slide member for position adjustment of the primary radiator.

CONSTITUTION: In turning a nut member 26, the spatial distance between two screw members 21, 24 is changed to turn an azimuth adjusting shaft 14 thereby turning a parabolic antenna main body 12 in the direction angle direction. On the other hand, in turning a handle 35 for expansion/contraction, the total length of the expansion/contraction members 30, 37 is expanded/contracted to turn the parabolic antenna main body 12 in the elevating angle direction. In sliding an arm member 16 being the sliding member, the primary radiator 15 is moved in forward/backward/right/left/up/down direction to the reflecting plane of the parabolic antenna main body 12. Then the elevating angle/azimuth and the position of the primary radiator are adjusted easily and accurately.
