Title:
FRAME STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE MADE OF FIBER REINFORCED PLASTICS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61249891
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stick FRP closely to a core material together with weight reduction and reinforcement of a framework portion by mounting reinforcement member on the tip part of the plate-shape core material of the hull made of FRP, and covering the surfaces of the core material and the reinforcement member with FRP. CONSTITUTION:For example, core material 11 made of ply wood whose thickness is approximately several millimeters is erected on the main structure section 10 of a hovercraft made of FRP. Reinforcement material 12 made of wood with an almost square cross-section is made to adhere to the upper section of the core material 11. FRP is applied sequentially to the left-hand surface 10a of the main structure section 10, the left-hand surface 11b of the core material 11, the top 11c of the core material 11, the top 12c, right-hand surface 12d, and bottom surface 12e of reinforcement material 12, the right-hand surface 11f of the core material 11, and the right-hand surface 10g of the main structure section 10. As a result, both the weight reduction and reinforcement of a film material section can be materialized and then FRP can also be closely stuck to the core material.
