To detect an illegal stock transaction with high precision without any human's manual operation.SOLUTION: An illegal stock transaction detection program which detects an illegal stock transaction causes a computer to execute: an information acquisition step of acquiring, based upon a trading history of a transaction brand by a determination object person, market condition information related to market conditions including trading days of the transaction brand; and a determination step of using, based upon the past trading history of the transaction brand, reference market condition information related to market conditions including the trading day of the transaction brand and relativity in three or more stages to illegality possibility to determine the illegality possibility based upon the reference market condition information corresponding to the market condition information acquired in the information acquisition step with priority given to transactions higher in relativity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 47
