Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid becoming a large-sized roller and make a free stop function after-fittable and moreover maintain this function stably over a long period of time.
SOLUTION: A shaft member 12 inserted in the inner diameter part of a ring member 11 are fixed to brackets 5, 6, and a driven gear 22 provided at the outer peripheral surface of the ring member 11 is forced to mesh with a driving gear 21 provided at the outer peripheral part of a roller 3. The rotation of the roller 3 rotated normally and reversely associated with the opening/ closing action of a sliding door 7 is transmitted to the rig member 11 through the gears 21, 22 to rotate the ring member 11. Pocket spaces are provided in a plurality of places on the inner peripheral surface of he ring member 11, and a roller and a leaf spring bulged toward the inner diameter side are arranged in each pocket space. The roller passing the bulged top part of the leaf spring is elastically restricted by the leaf spring to lock the sliding door 7 in an optional position.
