Title:
FREEZING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3600108
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing apparatus in which a load to an environment is reduced and a large quantity of heat can be taken out, returning of freezer oil to a compressor is excellent, and it is stably useable over a long period of time.
SOLUTION: A freezing apparatus is provided in which carbon dioxide is used as a refrigerant to a freezing circuit including a compressor, a heat radiator, an expansion mechanism, and an evaporator. As the freezer oil used for the compressor there is used freezer oil with viscosity of 5 to 300 cSt at 40°C, volume specific resistance of 108 Ω.cm or higher, and a flow-point of -30°C or lower when carbon dioxide is solved up to saturation. An organic material for use in the freezing circuit is a material not denatured physically and/or chemically by high temperature high pressure carbon dioxide.
