PURPOSE: To prevent the formation of ice crystal lattice in the freezing of water in a freezing object by freezing the object using a combination of plural freezing processes such as the immersion in liquid nitrogen to cause instantaneous freezing.

CONSTITUTION: A freezing object is frozen by a combination of a method to instantaneously freeze the object by immersing in liquid nitrogen, a method to freeze the object under varying pressure, a method to freeze the object under resonating the water molecule and a method to freeze the object while applying vibration to the object. The surface of the object is covered with a thin ice layer in the refrigeration for thawing the frozen material to prevent the evaporation of water from the main body of the frozen material.
