PURPOSE: To execute easily a change of an intermediate frequency and a change of a converting output frequency by providing a local oscillating device which has formed a phase synchronizing loop, on the first and the second frequency converting parts, respectively, and presetting optionally channel selection data and converting output frequency setting data to a programmable frequency divider of the phase synchronizing loop of each of them.
CONSTITUTION: A converting frequency setting data of a data latching circuit 39 is given to a preset end of a programmable frequency divider 33. In this case, storage data of a shift register 38 is transferred to the data latching circuit 39 by a load pulse LO1. To this shift register 38, data DA and a clock CK for giving a write timing of its data are applied from a controlling circuit 41, and when desired data is accumulated in this shift register 38, a load pulse LO having a wide pulse width is outputted. As a result, the load pulse LO becomes a load pulse LO1 through an integrator 40, and it is given to the data latching circuit 39.
