A frequency standard signal outputted from a reference frequency oscillator (21) of a standard engine (2) is used for a first reference signal of the oscillator in a master station (11) of a subordinate synchronization communication network (1), a subordinate station (12) of the subordinate synchronization communication network transmits a second reference signal synchronously with the frequency standard signal to a communication terminal (3) of a user from an oscillator subordinately synchronously with the oscillator of the master station (11), and the communication terminal (3) converts the second reference signal into the frequency standard signal and outputs the converted frequency standard signal so that the communication terminal (3) can receive the frequency standard for frequency calibration.
