Abstract:
To provide a frequency voltage conversion circuit capable of suppressing a leak current generated in a circuit and outputting a constant output voltage even when an output voltage is influenced by a sine wave noise applied to a constant current source and the like.SOLUTION: A frequency voltage conversion circuit comprises: a constant current source which outputs a first current; a first switch connected in series to the constant current source; a first capacitor connected in series between the first switch and a ground; a second switch provided between a first node which is between the first switch and the first capacitor and an output node; a third switch provided between the first node and the ground; a fourth switch connected in parallel to the first switch; a second capacitor connected in series between the fourth switch and the ground; a fifth switch provided between a second node which is between the fourth switch and the second capacitor and the output node; and a sixth switch provided between the second node and the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
