To provide a fresh concrete placing method capable of easily increas ing the concrete strength after hardening by removing excessive water and air bubbles in an easy method even though fresh concrete containing excessive water and air bubbles has been poured on the job site.

Before the fresh concrete placed is hardened, a spiral coil body is inserted to a portion into which a vibrator is to be inserted for removing air bubbles mixed into the fresh concrete, a vibrating rod for the vibrator is inserted to the spiral coil body, then the excessive water and air bubbles are concentrated in the spiral coil body by vibrating the vibrating rod, and the excessive water and air bubbles are discharged out of the fresh concrete through a spiral coil body which is driven by the vibration of the vibrator.
