Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stabilize hysteresis torque in both first and second stages for a long time, by setting up a first friction part for a first torsional stage and a second friction part for a second torsional stroke after making them independent each. CONSTITUTION:This damper disc is one that is designed so as to cause a subplate 16 to be relatively twisted to one side of a flange 9 and a side plate 5 at a first torsional stroke, and also cause the subplate 16 to be relatively twisted to the other side of the flange 9 and the side plate 5 at a second torsional stroke respectively. First friction parts 29, 30 and second friction parts 36, 37 are all deviated in a radial direction, making them independent each. With this constitution, influence of wear in these first and second friction parts 29, 30, 36 and 37 is in no case exerted on each friction part at the opposing side so that hysteresis torque in both first and second stages can be stabilized for a long time.
