Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a driving mechanism of an idler pulley interposed between a driving pulley and a driven pulley, while certainly transmitting rotational force between the driving pulley and the driven pulley.SOLUTION: A friction drive pulley mechanism is equipped with an idler pulley 30 which is interposed between a driving pulley 10 and a driven pulley 20, abuts on the driving pulley 10 and the driven pulley 20 with energizing force by energizing means, and transmits the rotational force of the driving pulley 10 to the driven pulley 20 by friction force with the abutting. The friction drive pulley mechanism is equipped with an idler pulley pressing mechanism 40 which presses an outer diameter surface of the idler pulley 30 toward a center in a diametrical direction against the energizing force, and releases abutting between the idler pulley 30 and at least either the driving pulley 10 or the driven pulley 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
