To prevent the slip of a friction element during the transition of accelerating operation by controlling power to a hybrid transmission without depending on an increase in line pressure.
To prevent the slip of a brake fastened in a low speed ratio fixing mode, the target motor torque of a motor/generator relating to a fixed rotating element is corrected in the following steps: a step S11 of finding required brake torque Tb, a step S12 of computing brake required hydraulic pressure to actualize the Tb and calculating required minimum target line pressure tP, a step S13 of computing actual brake fastening torque capacity obtained by actual line pressure P considering the response delay of line pressure control in accordance with the tP, a step S14 of finding a deviation ΔTb=Tb-Tbo, a step S15 of determining whether Tb>Tbo or Tb≤Tbo, a step S16 of setting ΔTb as a motor torque correcting amount opposite to input torque in the case of Tb>Tbo to prevent the slip of the brake, and a step S17 of correcting the torque correcting amount (=ΔTb only) of the motor/generator.
