The friction body 1 is provided with a cylindrical holding portion 5, a female screw portion 51 formed on the inner surface of the holding portion 5, a friction portion fixed to the outside of the holding portion 5, and a pressure contact portion provided below the friction portion and located below a lower end of the holding portion. a pressure contact portion located below the portion.
