Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the carbonization of a sliding surface when the temperature of the sliding surface is increased, as well as to realize the light weight of friction members.
CONSTITUTION: Friction members 10 and 20 are formed of a nickel type porous body 11. And it is favorable to form the nickel type porous body 11 by a compression forming, or by a nitriding process, or the nickel type porous body 11 is formed by adding copper powder 21.
