Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction pulley which can transmit high torque while suppressing the occurrence of a molding failure.SOLUTION: A friction pulley 1 for transmitting power while pressure-contacting with a rotating rotation member R at an external periphery comprises: a rotation ring 10 being a disc-shaped member around an axial line x having an external peripheral groove 20 being an annular groove which is recessed to an internal peripheral side at an external periphery; and a coated part 30 being a member which covers at least a part of the external peripheral groove 20 of the rotation ring 10. The external peripheral groove 20 has groove side faces 21, 22 being annular faces around a pair of axial lines x which oppose each other in the axial line x direction. The groove side faces 21, 22 are faces facing an external peripheral side direction, and the coated part 30 is formed in at least a part of a pair of the groove side faces 21, 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
