An outer ring 32 (low speed side) is rotatably supported on a housing 1, and a high speed shaft 17 is rotatably supported with eccentricity on the outer ring 32. Two guide rollers 37a, 37b and a movable roller 38 moving at the time of torque transmission are interposed between the outer ring 32 and the high speed shaft 17. This transmission is provided with an output distributor 60 for transmitting the output torque to two distributing output shafts 61, 62 through a plurality of gears 63, 64, 65 from the low speed shaft 3 serving as an output shaft when it is a reduction gear.
