Power is transmitted by pressingly bringing, with each other, the power transmission surfaces of the rollers disposed to constitute a planetary roller mechanism. At least one of the power transmission surfaces of a pinion roller is allowed to come into contact with both the power transmission surface of a sun roller and the power transmission surface of a ring. The power is transmitted by pressingly and selectively bringing the power transmission surfaces of the pinion roller with the power transmission surface of at least one of the sun roller and the ring.
