Abstract:
PURPOSE: To connect a steel material in a building steel structure or other steel structures frictionally and strongly by a high-strength bolt by a simple means.
CONSTITUTION: In the frictional connecting sections of steel materials by high- strength bolts 1, interposing steel plates 5 having through-holes 4 for inserting the high-strength bolts are inserted among one steel material 2 constituting frictional connecting surfaces and the other steel material 3. The surface hardness and surface roughness of the interposing steel plate 5 are made larger than those of one steel material 2 and the other steel material 3.
