Abstract:
To provide a fried food tray with good oil draining, a tray which can drain oil by merely putting fried food on the tray and which thereby can keep crispy tastiness, by solving problems in which oil is collected on a contact face with fried food when it is put on a net tray or on kitchen paper and inferior air permeability of a contact face between a tray and fried food loses crispy taste sometimes with stickiness through a lapse of time.SOLUTION: The fried food tray in which a plurality of vertical bars (2) are installed on the tray (1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
