Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attractively and securely fix a wind screen to a front panel with a small parts count, to improve assembling performance around the wind screen, and to save a manufacturing cost.
SOLUTION: In the front cowling 2 for a motorcycle 1, the wind screen 5 is disposed on an upper part of the front cowling 2 covering a front head portion of a vehicular body, and a headlight 6 is installed at a tip end, and side view mirrors 9 are fixed on right and left sides of an upper end. The front cowling 2 is fastened to a cowling brace provided at the front head portion of the vehicular body frame by a screw 39. The wind screen 5 is inserted and fixed from the upper side into an insertion slit 33 disposed in a lower side than an outer edge of a screen attaching edge portion 21 of the front cowling 2 and in a back surface side, and fixed by the screw 39.
