Abstract:

To enhance hit precision in frosting prediction, as to a frosting prediction device.

The present invention adopts a means of predicting frosting in a frosting prediction objective area, when satisfying all the frosting determination conditions as to one or both of an ambient temperature going-down degree and a radiation balance, in addition to the respective frosting determination conditions as to an ambient temperature, a dew point temperature, an average wind velocity and a relative humidity, out of a meteorological forecasting data in the frosting prediction objective area.
