Abstract:
To provide a frozen baked food product manufacturing device and manufacturing method capable of easily manufacturing a frozen baked food product that can be divided into equal sizes.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device 100 of a frozen baked food product 10 comprises a recessed groove forming device 7 which forms a recessed groove 11 on an upper plane S2 of a plate-like sintered body F5 sintered by a heating plate P, the recessed groove 11 to travel across the upper plane S2.
