To provide a frozen confectionery manufacturing apparatus capable of suppressing fluctuation in the temperature of frozen confectionery.SOLUTION: A frozen confectionery manufacturing apparatus includes: an evaporator 5 for manufacturing frozen confectionery by cooling a raw material by bringing a cooling medium in a liquid state into a gaseous state; and an expansion valve 4 for adjusting an amount of the cooling medium in a liquid state to be supplied to the evaporator 5 by adjusting the aperture of the valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
