Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a frozen food product which contains a frozen food or food mixture, reduces the moisture contents rather than that in case of eating and can easily permeate thawing water. CONSTITUTION: Concerning the frozen food product, this food product contains frozen water and non-frozen water and further contains more than one kind of physiologically permissible water soluble salts sufficiently holding the non- frozen water so that the existent quantity of every salt is less than 4wt.% of the frozen product but its total quantity is less than 10wt.% of the frozen product when salts more than two kind exists.
