Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify a step mounting operation while improving the strength of the step by forming integrally the step projecting horizontally for entering and exiting water from and onto a ship on the rear end of a deck member. CONSTITUTION:The integrally formed rear end of a deck section 2 is formed with steps 3, 41 projecting generally horizontally behind a tranksum 13 for entering and exiting from and onto a ship. As a result, the separate production and mounting of separate steps 3, 41 are not needed to simplify the operation while the steps are integrally formed to improve the strength thereof.
