To provide a work ship to be inexpensively provided, which is capable of sequentially breaking FRP scrapped vessels into small pieces and quickly forming these into chips.

A work ship is composed of a crane device 2 for lifting an FRP scrapped vessel A, a cutting device 3 for compressing and cutting the scrapped vessel into large cut material B, a rough crushing device 4 for crushing the large cut material B into small pieces C by compressing and crushing of a two shaft cutter having a projected cutter 42 in a parallel shaft, a fine crushing device 5 for crushing the small pieces C into ship pieces D by shortening a distance between the front and rear cutters 52 of the cutter, a large cut material carrier 6 for carrying the large cut material B to the rough crushing device, a small piece carrier 7 for carrying the small pieces C to the fine crushing device and a chip piece carrier 9 for carrying the chip pieces D to an assembling section 8 or a machining section.
