Abstract:
To provide a reference for judgmental not belonging to an individual by display the quality of cooking oil at the time of use, in a fryer which requires a user to know the quality of the oil.
An oil quality sensor 21 can output a change in the quality of cooking oil in the form of electric information by exposing a sensing part to the cooking oil inside an oil pan 12 installed inside a fryer body 11. The information on the quality of oil based on the electric output given by the oil quality sensor 21 is displayed on a display part 24.
