One face of a flow passage plate is made a flow passage face to receive a reacting fluid, the opposite face is made a non-reacting face, a first manifold and a second manifold are installed at the flow passage plate, and there is at least one flow passage on a flow passage face. The flow passage is connected to the first manifold at a first flow passage port, and connected to the second manifold at a second flow passage port, the case flow passage parts are equipped with a parallel first plate and second plate, it is joined by a connecting plate between the first plate and the second plate, and at least one through-hole is installed at the connecting plate. When the case flow passage parts and the flow passage plate are combined, the first plate contacts the flow passage face, the second plate contacts the non-reacting face, and the first manifold is communicated with the first flow passage port via the through-hole.
