PURPOSE: To provide a fuel battery generator device never causing a loss in the outlet nor damaging a fuel cell body by connecting a grounding conductor to a part lower than a potential part in the middle of upper and lower output terminal plates.

CONSTITUTION: In a fuel cell generator device provided with a fuel cell body 1 having a fuel cell laminated part 2 and output terminal plates 3a, 3b disposed above and below the laminated part 2, and a grounding conductor 9, the grounding conductor 9 is connected to a part lower than a potential position in the middle of the output terminal plates 3a, 3b, and the lower output terminal plate 3b of the cell body 1 is situated on or close to an earth potential. Thus, the generation of a short-circuit current is prevented or suppressed when the drop of phosphoric acid causes an electric short-circuit between the output terminal plate 3b and a clamping structure, and a fuel cell generator device with less output loss of the fuel cell generator device and the low possibility of damaging the cell body 1 can be provided.
