PURPOSE: To make it possible to set up the captioned generation unit even in a place, where no supply system of natural gas is arranged, or the like by providing an LNG carburetor making LNG to be used as fuel to evaporate while utilizing dump heat of its generation unit.

CONSTITUTION: LNG stored in an LNG tank 1 goes through an LNG piping 2 for being evaporated by an LNG carburetor 3 filled with hot water 9 to become natural gas in order to be supplied to a fuel cell generation unit 5. On the other hand, dump heat from the generation unit 5 is supplied to the LNG carburetor 3 for maintaining constant a temperature of the hot water 9 which lowers due to the evaporation of LNG. Thereby, not only unevaporated LNG can be used as fuel for the generation unit 5 as it is but also it can be independently and simply operated in any region only by transporting LNG for being stored in a small-sized LNG tank.
