Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell generator using a Lysholm compressor capable of reducing required power and being lightened and miniaturized by enhancing volume and temperature efficiencies.
SOLUTION: This fuel cell generator is provided with a fuel cell 14 and a Lysholm compressor 16. In this case, a gas-liquid separator 18 is provided for condensing and holding moisture produced in the fuel cell 14, and an injection pump 20 is provided for injecting water from the gas-liquid separator 18 to the intake side of the Lysholm compressor 16. As a result, the heat exchange between compressed air and water is carried out so that the latent heat of vaporization chills discharge air, and at the same time, injection water seals a leakage passage in the Lysholm compressor 16.
