Abstract:
To provide a fuel cell ship having an antitheft function.SOLUTION: A fuel cell ship (1) includes an electrically-driven outboard motor (6), a fuel cell unit (2) for supplying power to the electrically-driven outboard motor, a hydrogen fuel tank (3) for supplying hydrogen fuel to the fuel cell unit, a secondary battery (4) of an auxiliary power supply of the fuel cell unit, and a housing part (11 and 12) for housing the fuel cell unit, the hydrogen fuel tank, or the secondary battery. In the hydrogen fuel tank, the housing part (11 and 12) is provided with an opening (11c and 12c) for introducing the fuel cell unit and the hydrogen fuel tank or the secondary battery, a lid member (11b and 12b) for sealing the opening, and means (11a and 12a) for detecting illegal release of the lid member. When the illegal release is detected, the fuel cell ship is configured so that wiring for supplying power from the fuel cell unit and the secondary battery to the electric outboard motor (6) is cut off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
