Title:
FUEL CELL SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3637894
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which makes long-term operation of a NOx purification reactor possible.
SOLUTION: With respect to the fuel cell system equipped with a reform reactor (1), a shift reactor, which oxidizes carbon monoxide in the reform gas discharged from this reform reactor by steam, and generates hydrogen (2), a carbon monoxide remover (3), which removes carbon monoxide in the reform gas, and a fuel cell stack (4), which generates electricity using the reform gas of a predetermined carbon monoxide concentration, and the supplied oxidizer, by making it equipped with a starting burner (7), which supplies combustion gas by rich combustion for warming a reform reactor at the time of starting, and a NOx removal reactor (8), which purifies the nitrogen oxide in combustion gas or reform gas, and by making the air fuel ratio of the combustion gas supplied to the NOx purification reactor during the operation of the above starting burner temporarily, the NOx purification performance of the NOx purification reactor is recovered.
