Abstract:
To prevent the deterioration of drivability caused by the power consumption by a heater for warm-up, in a fuel cell vehicle.
A controller 128 controls a fuel cell 102 to increase the power generated therein in case that it receives the request for operation of the heater 124 for warm-up, and controls it to charge a secondary battery 104 with power obtained by increase. The controller 128 switches on a relay switch 116 so as to supply the heater 124 for warm-up with the power from the fuel cell 102 in case that the charge current to the secondary battery 104 is over the estimated power consumption of the heater 124 for warm-up.
