Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide excellent durability to gasoline, to improve size precision, to provide enough strength and heat resistance, and to improve economical efficiency by a method wherein by using specified resin, a molded product is manufactured such that a fibrous filler is dispersed in a proper fiber length.
CONSTITUTION: One or two or more kinds of thermoplastic resin selected from polyarylene sulfide resin, polyamide resin, and ester resin produces base substance resin. A component, in which 10-20wt% (in a composition) fibrous filler, e.g. glass fibers, carbon fibers, mixed in the base substance resin, is mixed is molded. The fibrous filler is dispersed in an average fiber length of 500-1500μm in a molded product.
