Abstract:

To prevent certainly electrification of a filter element using a less expensive filter element without having conductivity, thereby a costly filter case having conductivity is not necessary.

Because an inner circumferential face of a filter element 20 is held by a punching metal 37 having conductivity and electric charges accumulated on the filter element 20 is earthed via the punched sheet metal 37, the costly conductive filter element or the costly conductive filter case is not necessary, and thereby contributing to cost reduction and durability improvement. Further, because a conductive leaf spring 40 is arranged between a filter case 19 and the punched sheet metal 37 and the electric charges accumulated on the filter element 20 are earthed via the punched sheet metal 37 and the leaf spring 40, insufficient contact with the punched sheet metal 37 can be prevented by the elasticity of the leaf spring 40, and rattling of the punched sheet metal 37 and filter element 20 can be prevented by the elasticity of the leaf spring 40.
