Abstract:

To simplify a layout of pipes in a fuel injection device which supplies fuel to a low pressure space having a drive transmission part arranged therein, and discharges air in a liquid chamber of a drive transmission part.

The device is provided with: a filling path 29 introducing high pressure fuel in a downstream side of a high pressure pump 22 to an upstream side part of a back pressure valve 27 in a return path 26; and a differential pressure regulating valve 60 opening and closing the filling path 29. The filling path 29 is closed by the differential pressure regulating valve 60 when pressure in a high pressure pump 2 side gets higher than pressure in the return path 26 side by predetermined pressure or higher.
