Title:
FUEL INJECTION DEVICE FOR GAS OR LIQUID FUEL TURBINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3863210
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device for a turbine for suppression of NOx discharge amount to a low level throughout a specified of a fuel feed pressure.
SOLUTION: A fuel injection device for a turbine comprises a means 16 for creating at least one air flow for mixture with a fuel feed source, and a fuel injection means to inject fuel in at least one zone approaching an air flow but shielded from an air flow. This constitution generates a pocket for fuel-rich fluid in the zone. The pocket ensures stabilization of flame at least at a low power set value. The zone is defined by the wall of a swirler 16.
