Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection device capable of reducing variations of a needle moving amount and a fuel injection rate by controlling movement of the needle in stages.SOLUTION: In a fuel injection device 91, when a coil 80 produces magnetic field of a direction same as magnetic field of a magnet 350, first movable portion attraction force and solenoid valve attraction force are generated, and a solenoid valve 330 opens a first plate portion fuel flow channel 255. A second movable portion attraction force is generated, and a second movable portion 362 opens a second plate portion fuel flow channel 256. When the coil 80 produces magnetic field in an opposite direction, first movable portion repulsive force is generated, and the solenoid valve 330 closes the first plate portion fuel flow channel 255. The second movable portion 362 opens the second plate portion fuel flow channel 256. A needle 340 is moved in stages only by changing the direction of the magnetic field of the coil 80, and a position of the solenoid valve 330 is determined. Thus variations of a moving amount of the needle 340 can be reduced, and variations of a fuel injection rate can be reduced without being affected by variations of electric current.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
