Title:
FUEL INJECTION EQUIPMENT FOR ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS62253937
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent an increase in the torque fluctuation range when an engine is in the decelerating state by correcting the injection timing in a sequential injection system so that fuel is injected in addition to the intake stroke when the engine is detected to be in the decelerating state.

CONSTITUTION: On an intake passage 21 are provided, in a descending scale from the upper stream side, an intake temperature sensor 23, an air flow meter 24, a fuel injection valve 27 and the like. While, on an exhaust passage 28 are provided an air-fuel ratio sensor 29 and the like. In addition, into a control unit 31 are inputted not only signals from each of these sensors 23, 24, 29 but also signals from a throttle opening sensor 32, an engine cooling-water temperature sensor 33 and an engine speed sensor 34, and a voltage signal from a battery 35. While, out of the control unit 31 are output prescribed signals to an igniter 37 besides the fuel injection valve 27. Hereupon, when an engine is detected to be in the decelerating state, the injection timing is corrected so that fuel is injected in addition to the intake stroke.
