Abstract:
A fuel injection nozzle for an internal combustion engine comprises a valve body (13), which supports a first spring abutment (19) in contact with one end of a first spring (17). The other end of the spring touches a second spring abutment (21) adjustable in a hollow body (10). A second spring (18) lies between a third and a fourth spring abutment (23, 26), the third spring abutment (23) touching the second spring abutment (21) but being axially displaceable in relation thereto. The fourth spring abutment (26) is adjustably arranged in the hollow body and a projecting attachment (24) is adjustably fitted on the third spring abutment (23). After a predetermined displacement of the valve body against the force of the first spring, the projecting attachment comes in contact with the first spring abutment and the valve body continues to be displaced against the force of both springs.
