To prevent influence on the function of a fuel injection valve even when there is eccentricity between a fuel pipe and a mounting hole on an engine head side, in the fuel injection valve used in a cylinder direct injection type internal combustion engine.
The fuel injection valve for directly injecting fuel into the cylinder of the internal combustion engine is inserted in the fuel pipe 101 and is fixed to the fuel pipe 101 by fastening member 102, 106. An abutting part where the fastening member abuts is provided separately from a seal part 103 for performing seal of the fuel, and the abutting part is formed by a softer member than the fastening member. When a bending moment is generated with respect to the axis center of the fuel injection valve, the abutting part undergoes plastic deformation.
