To provide a fuel injection valve mounting structure for an internal combustion engine capable of greatly inhibiting transmission of vibration generated on an injector to a cylinder head or the like.
A vibration control member arrangement space S is formed at an open end part of an injector mounting hole 14 formed on the cylinder head 13. An annular stainless steel vibration control member 9 is pressed into the vibration control member arrangement space S. A stainless steel seal material 91 is fitted in a recess part 92 formed on an end surface of the vibration control member 9. An installation part 24a of the injector 2 is inserted in injector installation holes 9a, 91a formed at a center part of the seal material 91 and the vibration control member 9, and a flange part 24b is abutted on the end surface of the seal material 91.
