Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the required number of individual members by fixing an insert section at a target position to a wall parallel to an axial line of the vessel.
SOLUTION: A first easing portion 1 forms a cylindrical vessel in the upper area thereof with a wall 16 parallel to a longitudinal axial line z-z of the valve. Then, an insert section 17 of a second casing portion 2 is inserted into the vessel such that the shape of them are connected to each other. In assembling the valve, the second casing portion 2 is introduced accurately into the vessel formed by the wall 16 up to a target position equivalent to a desired stroke of a valve shut member 9. For this purpose, after the target position is obtained, the first and second easing portions 1, 2 are fixed to each other on the wall 16 which extends parallel to the insert axial line z-z and contacts each other by caulking, laser welding, induction welding or other appropriate technique. The above construction allows fixation of the first and second casing portions 1, 2 to each other to be performed on the wall 16 parallel to the axial line, enabling the spacing plate to be omitted.
